Well, thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt, looks wise. ;)

And YES!!! I got the map!! I picked it up the day of the deadline, so got too distracted to say anything!! (Since the submission deadline, I don't check the PO Box that often now, but I was in the Post Office for Xmas stamps and thought, well, I'm here, better peek at the box, and boom!)

I laughed for an hour, and grinned the rest of the day (well, until the countdown zombied me! LOL). That was so funny and a big surprise, thank you! My plans for Tabrett World Domination are now in reach! ;)

I actually thought I might use it in the scrapbook itself, with the intro explaining to Tab about the Project and stressing how international it is... Would you mind that?? I'm serious! What do you think? I would have to cut to size and all, in an arty-farty way tho, so let me know what you think...

Though we (my IMS and me), as usual, had a hard time with patientlywaiting... LOL! Just because nothing is as annoying as waiting WEEKS for the point of a gag... Actually my IMS has even learned writing emails for this little jest. Her first one going to amazon customer services and the nicest phrase inside was "what the hell are you doing in USA? Still travelling with stagecoaches???" - and, believe me or not, the answer was hilarious! something like:
"We may assure you we are working with latest tools and we regret that your order hasn´t been delivered yet. "(that was 2weeks after order!)... and then they offered to send it to me instead!! What for? Should I tramp myself to Ohio?? LOL!

Use it on the scrapbook? You can´t get enough of it, no? But sure! It is yours! Do whatever you want with it: cut it, rip it, throw daggers on it , pin needles in it...OR send it to Tab!
well, I think, I like the idea of using it in the scrapbook the most :) Yes, that´s a damned good idea!

You should've told them, "Yes, send it to me and also a pre-paid first class return plane ticket to Ohio so I can hand deliver it." I'm sure they would've gone for that, and we would've shown you a good time here. ;) There's snow everywhere and it's very Xmas-y.

Sorry about straining IMS's already limited patience. The note in the PO Box (cause it was oversized, of course) was probably sitting in there for a week or more all while you were cursing out Amazon! LOL

Thanks for the offer of snow - we have a lot of it - enough to even block half of europe since days. So even with that first-class-ticket I wouldn´t have reached you, all airports (frankfurt is only 40 km from me) are closed!!! LOL! But who knows? If I ever get the money to actually buy a first class ticket I may say "hello" in Ohio... :)

Taking about "when Tab learns about this", has she been given her 'gifts' yet?

Nope, hasn't been shipped off yet. I'm putting the finishing touches on the scrapbook pages, and waiting to get back the custom leather cover we ordered (see earlier post). I heard from the leather maker that it should be ready to mail back about...now. So that's a good reminder to hassle, er email her again about it and get an update...

I'll be posting pics of the finished project before shipping, so no way you'll miss that post.LOL It'll be obvious when it's done! ;) It's taking longer than we'd hoped to get all the elements together, but that's the downside to the upside of this being such a large project with lots of lovely participation...
